Barwarehub Return and Refund Policy

At Barwarehub, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy.


7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.


Conditions for Returns

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your glassware arrives broken or defective, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Change of Mind: If you wish to return an unused item, you can do so within the 7-day window. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

    Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Instructions:
    We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Shipping:
    Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your original order confirmation.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Exclusions

  • Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
